From the A64 turn right at the traffic lights just past B&Q on to Queen Margarets Road.  Follow the road to the next traffic lights and turn right on to Filey Road (A165) and then immediately left down Avenue Victoria. At the crossroads turn right on to West Street and we are No 34 on the left.
